We were looking through the Corolla (UA yearbook, not Toyota), just checking people out, when we came across a picture of Josh. Josh was nearly alone in his wearing of a hat in his yearbook picture, and definitely alone in his wearing of suede poopy brown fishin' type hat! We loved it, and admired Josh's intense level of not givin' a shit. We asked on the air for Joshua Adams to call us, got his roomate to call, and then got his roomate to steal the hat from Josh's drawer. He brought us the hat, which we held for ransom until Josh came to get it the next week. It was good to make Josh famous.
Neither of us could resist trying on The Hat. Amazing what it does for your personality, even in the bland news room.
More evidence of what it does to your personality.
Joshua Adams finally showed up to accept his stardom and retreive his hat. Imagine how it must feel for the average student to get back into town after a fun weekend, and hear someone say "They were talkin' 'bout you on the radio."
"I can't believe we saw a hat, said we wanted that hat, and GOT that hat! You sure you want this back?"
